Hi, I'm Haseeb Sharifi.
I started Hometown Builders with a simple belief: building a home should be personal.
After spending years managing luxury custom homes throughout Central Indiana, I saw firsthand what separates a great builder from the rest. It isn't the size of the company or the number of homes built each year, it's the pride taken in every detail, the honesty behind every conversation, and the commitment to doing things the right way.
Those values became the foundation of Hometown Builders.
My Background
My career in construction didn't begin in a corporate office, it began with my hands.
I started in residential remodeling, working on homes throughout Meridian Hills and Bridgewater, where I learned the importance of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respecting someone's home as if it were my own.
From there, I launched my own handyman and remodeling business, managing projects directly for homeowners and learning what it truly takes to operate a successful business built on trust and relationships.
Later, I joined Old Town Design Group, one of Central Indiana's premier luxury home builders, where I advanced into a Construction Manager role. During my time there, I managed up to seven custom homes simultaneously, including two Home-A-Rama show homes, with more than $13 million in active residential construction under my supervision.
Every project strengthened my understanding of scheduling, budgeting, trade coordination, quality control, and the countless details that go into building exceptional homes.
Why I Started Hometown Builders
While I loved building luxury homes, I realized there was an opportunity to serve a different group of homeowners.
Too many families were being priced out of quality new construction, forced to choose between affordability and craftsmanship.
I created Hometown Builders to bridge that gap.
Our goal is simple: Build thoughtfully designed homes with high-quality materials, honest communication, and timeless craftsmanship, without losing the personal experience that often disappears with larger production builders.
